My experience enables me to offer effective and individualized counselling. I can help with mental health issues, and provide a safe and neutral ground. I strongly believe the key to the success of therapy is the strength of the therapeutic relationship. Having someone to talk to who is really listening can be a healing experience in itself. I offer, with warmth and sensitivity, a confidential and non-judgemental space where we can explore whatever is on your mind.


I am an integrative counsellor meaning I believe there isn't just one therapeutic approach that can help you (The Client) in all situations. Instead, I consider you as an individual and your circumstances and use elements of different approaches to help you explore and cope with your problems.You might want to talk to me about feeling anxious or depressed, a stressful life event, health related worries, dealing with a bereavement or loss, relationship difficulties or breakdowns, trauma you have experienced, work related issues e.g. bullying or discrimination, or identity struggles.


I can help you by providing a calm and reflective space where we can work through what is going on for you.
